I booked this cruise because the travel agent I was working with said that the ship was undergoing a renovation that would be completed by the time I was scheduled to sail. This was not correct. If there were renovations completed, then they were in areas that were not in the general public viewing area. Decorative molding was missing on the walls.

I was planning to spend time in the very small casino, to add insult to injury, there is not a non-smoking part of the casino. My plans to have fun in the were ruined. The cigarette smoke migrated out of the casino, exposing patrons to second-hand smoke. The casino is located on the same deck as one of the dining rooms.

My stateroom had a urine smell and two attempts were made to shampoo the carpet and it did not resolve the issue. I was offered another stateroom on day 4 (this was a 5 day cruise) by a manager named Anselmo Torres, who initially gave me fake compliments on my appearance, offering me a bottle of wine, and then offered another cruise at a discounted rate, all of which I found to be laffable and down right insulting.
