My wife and I, and our 4 children all agree this was our best vacation experience ever! The crew and the their level of service was exceptional. We felt like part of the Holland America family after the very first day. They were fun and entertaining. The food was phenomenal especially in the formal dining room. We looked forward every evening with anticipation to each new menu offering. Recently renovated, the ships rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and updated. Plenty do do for all with a much more intmate feeling you don't get on larger ships. The entertainment each night was great. The shows were of high quality and safe for the family. The Lido lounge offered a tremendous variety dining casual dining options for breakfast lunch and dinner. And the food and service there was also outstanding. Overall we would could say this was the best service we have ever received on a cruise.
