First off, I love Norwegian. This particular cruise was NOT acceptable to me . Not because of the food, cleanliness or room stewards. But, because of the main staff and their poor communication.

This was my first time on the Jade and she's a beautiful ship. The room steward Johnny was GREAT ! I went in main dining rooms and was never disappointed ! The buffet was good as well. Nice casino. Nice shops. Thought we were all going to have a great time.

Got to San Juan and boom ! At 10:00 pm the captain comes over the PA and says that we cannot continue the cruise and that all passengers were to be off the ship by 5 pm the next day ! Of course we all got in a long line at guest services only to be told that they did not know when we would be getting off the ship. They would let us know and they would send info to our room.
