We chose AMA because of the itinerary, The Romantic Danube. The ship was beautiful and the staff was amazing. There is not one thing we could say bad about this vacation. Every need of ours was met at every turn. The excursions were amazing with super fun, informative tour guides. Even when we had to disembark and bus from Vienna to Budapest, John, our cruise manager made this a smooth and easy transition. We still had time in Budapest to do the tours we had scheduled and the illuminations cruise we were all looking forward to. Any adversity that came about, John handled professionally and never let the passengers know there was any bump in the plans. The onboard staff was amazing and took care of our every need. The food was fantastic and there were always may options for all. We loved this vacation and can't wait to go on another AMA river cruise.
