Food, in 95%, was great, Foods service was great, except for an poorly trained waitress in The Manhattan Room. She was overwhelmed about the group size (11), and table was poorly set up from the start. Blame should be reflected on Dinning Management, for watching and not giving support or assigning help. She was truly in the wrong place.
Each shore excursion started off and ended (debarking/ embarking) entering/exit the ship itself was good, but no ground support, or directions or signs to which line one should be in a close proxamtion to the excurtion you were headed to.. 3000 people heading to double set of doors and not knowing where to go.
Anthony, Was fabulous, Polite, well knowable about the ship, times, location of our needs and requests. Room was very well kept, cleaned, furbished. He went out of his way, to ask what we needed, when we wanted our rooms cared for, what times each day we would be returning so are turndowns were completed,. Made himself aware of our itinerary, so we would have everything we needed and when not to interrupt our private time. If just 2/3's of you staff even acted as polite as Anthony, it would have ben a Great cruise.
