We chose this cruise because of the Havana stop as well as the time of year and other ports. This was our third time on the Sun and it did not disappoint. The recent updates have the ship looking really good. Everything about this cruise was terrific, especially the staff who were friendly and engaging. We managed to find our favorite bartender, Stan, and we enjoyed his drinks, conversation and smile. We were in a Suite and our Concierge was Yahira and we have had her on previous cruises and she is terrific. We found the food to be very good in both the main dining rooms as well as the specialty restaurants. The buffet was good and is a typical buffet. The service throughout the ship was excellent and the crew really works to make you enjoy the cruise.

In Havana we took a horse drawn carriage and walking tour and I would suggest this is an excellent way to experience Havana. This was a highlight of the trip. Another great tour was on St. Kitts where we took a train tour complete with pina coladas-terrific. The St Lucia catamaran trip was really nice, as well.

The entertainment was good, not great, but we enjoyed it.
