We sailed on the Majesty 4 years ago for a short weekend cruise and it was great. So we did it again this year when we found ourselves with a free weekend. It was just my husband and I on this trip and we really had an awesome time. We’ve sailed on 6 different Royal Caribbean ships from many different classes so we knew going into it that the Majesty wasn’t a flashy ship with a lot of innovative features but not once did that detract from how awesome the vacation was. The crew on this ship is on top of their game! Everyone we met was super friendly, attentive and just nice to talk to. They really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was cared for in a genuine way. Bar service was even better than on some of the bigger ships. It was quick to get a drink no matter what bar you went to or just laying by the pool. We didn’t have a tough time getting a chair by the pool any day we were there either.

The main dining room was phenomenal! Food was fantastic. Service was great. Our waiters were quick to bring drinks and would bring you a couple different starters or entrees to try and share at the table. We certainly never left hungry or dissatisfied in any way!

Our first stop was Havana. We were so excited to check our Cuba and Royal made it as easy as they could. Cuba was definitely a cool place to visit and interesting to learn about. Also cool to get some Cuban cigars to bring home too! Be careful where you buy them though. Make sure it’s a reputable store. We overheard someone at dinner saying they bought a box of cigars for $55 and when they opened it, it was full of garbage.

Cabin Review

Spacious Ocean View

Cabin 2M

We were very pleased with this cabin! It was really big for an ocean view room. It could have fit 4 easily. It says it has an obstructed view but it’s truly a minimal impact. You can see the life boat out the window but it’s below the deck so it didn’t change the view out the window at all.
