I went on this cruise with my sister and overall everything was okay except the entertainment. I loved that there was an older crowd and I didn't have to deal with a lot of kids. I was always able to get a lounge chair by the pool and seats for the entertainment (may have been able to get the seat because the word was out that the entertainment was bad). Thankfully, they loaned out DVDs and I was able to bypass the second jukebox show.
I heard that the second show was as bad as the first show. There was a BBC animal show with the music from the band - very strange, why would I want to watch on stage that I could watch in my cabin? Not into that style of music.
I was very lucky to have a great cabin steward to give us clean towels (I love to take many showers) and to keep the room neat - also loved the towel art every day.
Cabin was very large, comfortable beds, large sofa, tub/shower combo, and nice size ocean-view window.
Did the Old Town Trolley but not from the ship because it was $10 more.
Very run down industrial port. We went into the shopping terminal and was able to get some nice things for good prices. This was the only port that you could bargain and get a deal. All of the other ports would NOT bargain with you on the price.
Over rated and over crowded. Did a little shopping but was disappointed in the prices.
