1st cruise with Princess and we had a hard time picking priorities! You can pick from numerous things to do to nothing but listening or reading books! Embarkation was fast and easy with about 45 min until on the ship. Our room was immaculate and we requested top sheets which were provided in timely manner. Room arranged so no one was disturbed at night with lights from the bathroom. Plenty of shelves and cabinets. Bedding was fabulous and slept very well every night. We put large TV to "Bridge Cam" and never needed flashlights. Hand washing stations were close to buffet and in hallways! We had breakfast in Buffet 3 times and dining room 3 times. One thing I noticed from walking thru the buffet was that the tables all had placemats , silverware and water glasses set for dinner! Enjoyed the relaxing dining room and the meals were excellent! I had to start skipping lunch so that I was hungry at dinner and that worked out great! (still gained 3lbs!) We had anytime dining and went early and never had to wait. The shows were different every night and very enjoyable. Movies under the Stars selection could use some better choices but that is personal taste! Formal nights we did see some men wearing black or dark jeans with dress shirts and ties, ladies in gowns, cocktail dresses, evening pantsuits, and mostly men in dark suits which all looked very handsome! Gave up on Zumba class as it was to fast! Skeet shooting was fun and International Cafe was a favorite! Tea Time was fun and held every sea day! Savories and sweats were all tasty and black tea was so good. Don't miss it! Never saw any happy hours.Deck parties and sailaways were lots of fun! St Thomas sailaway was" amazin" Can't wait to book again! Loved the "Love Boat Horn"

Spotless cabin, large screen TV, plenty of drawers and shelves, safe small but ok. Lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were good. Sorry we had brought ours! Fresh towels every day and chocolates every night! Bed was queen and slept well with little motion from the water even on deck 11.Sound of motors was so slight we hardly noticed. Kity our room steward was friendly and always happy and took great care of us!

Port Reviews

Princess Cays

BBQ was better than expected and next time we will tun right at the dock and explore that side! Plenty of tables to eat and enjoy the beauty of the Island! Tendering is always fun!

St. Maarten

We explored the boardwalk and managed to stay on budget after visiting Mr. Tablecloth. Pillowcases($5.00 for two) and table runners were $5.00 on sale!! I made a haul and they are very high quality. Stopped at Lazy Lizard for a drink and more exploring. We did walk a few roads back and quickly left as we felt uneasy. Stay in the congested tourist area only. We were approached constantly but just waved them away. No problem. Very pretty island. Some topless women on the beach (not even worth a glance)lol. Water taxi has $1.00 bottles of beer and don't forget to tip!

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Used Park n Go for cruise parking and very happy with process. Make sure you have

valet key for them in ignition when you exit car. We carried extra fob key with us just in case. They got baggage out of car and into van fast. Baggage handler are also the driver so we tipped accordingly. On return they were right there and given bottled water when leaving. Make sure to use correct website or call way ahead of trip for best rates!
