I just want to tell everyone pick a different cruise line. The only thing going for them is the wait staff and cruise director and spa staff. So lets begin so we board the ship and go to our room to start my wife's birthday cruise and in our room was supposed to be a large tropical bouquet and balloons cake and more..... We open the door and i'm hoping she is going to be happy with her surprise and nothing!!! As noting in the room but a very small bouquet and that was it.. So i call the front desk and ask where is my $182.dollars worth of stuff to surprise my wife they said they would check this is at at 4:20 pm so we go explore the ship and come back after be gone for 3 hours and still nothing i call again. They tell me they are working on it.so we do late dinner and come back to the room with the decorated with paper balloons and still no change with the flowers. The next morning i go down to the desk and asked for help they tell me they will call me about the flower and fix it.. So we get ready for our fun day in nassau we get to our boat and the weather is awesome we board the boat going to the private island and after waiting 30min they tell us our excursion is canceled our trip and the held us there. When the finally told us we could go. I ask what else could we do they told us we had to go back to the ship and see. So we did i went to the excursion desk and the lady they said we could go scuba diving and nothing else of we could just go to the public beach which if you do you home work you will find its advised not to do. So i go to the customer service desk and ask for help the tell me the will will refund my excursion money but i'm want my wife to have fun she only turns fifth once so can you help me they call the excursion desk and they told the desk the same we can go diving. So they tell me sorry nothing we can do. You can enjoy the boat or the shops in nassau. So 1pm and now three other boat have ported so place is packed so i take her to paradise resort buy taxi and try to make the best of it no thanks to carnival..we get though saturday. And finally sunday morning get a call from the vp of customer service at 11am telling me that she was going to send someone to take a picture of the flower and send it to corporate and i could handle it with them. Well them never showed to take the picture so i took one myself.. So monday when we got of the boat i called the customer service line and told everything that happened and the guy that works for the carnival told he was sorry but there is nothing he can do..... I will never ever take a cruise on this line again it was the worst experience of any cruise or trip i have ever taken. IF SOMEONE SPENT $3000 ON A 3DAY CRUISE WITH ME I WOULD FIND A WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM
