Second class

Chose this cruise to celebrate a special event.

Staff was accomodating though even with room being çleaned' twice a day, the vacuum obviously didn't work well.Tours were basic and food was disappointing with the chef's menu being rather boring after the first few days. The soups were a mild variance of the consomme of the previous day.Rooms were small but adequate but the lack of a dance floor and entertainment made you want for the calm of your room!

Main complaints: no onboard credit for Canadians. Welearnt later that the UK guests were provided 100 pounds each.

All guests arrived with Emerald backpacks , not a prioity but principle

All communication with thiscompany and through the travel agent has been UNANSWERED for nigh on 6 months! When you pay thei kind of money you expect a certain degree of service. Just wanted an apology but since none was received Never using them again
