After not cruising earlier this year, we chose the time between USA Thanksgiving and Christmas. We like that time as prices are good and the cruises are not overloaded with small children. The children on this cruse were almost invisible. The visible ones were very well behaved and controlled.

As the title states, the internet is really lousy. After pointing out that both crew and passenger internet were on the same channel, a change was made. It did not make a noticeable change in the quality of the connection. The staff members in the I lounge were very cooperative and understandably busy helping passengers who lacked internet skills. I am not one of those passengers.

embarkation was flawless. Debarkation not so much. As departure and arrival terminals turned out to be different, those who parked in the garage near the embarkation terminal were a long way from their vehicles. When I first queried Guest Relations I was told there was a shuttle to the other terminal. I had to repeat my query and the representative had to ask about a shuttle to the garage. She got me a map and assured me that there would be a shuttle to the garage. There was and it was clearly marked. Success.
