Cabin: Aqua Class

I traveled solo on this cruise, which for me was my fifth cruise alone. I am usually very comfortable being on my own and on this cruise, I met a lot of very nice people so I was never lonely. The ship was easy to maneuver and was beautifully decorated. I enjoyed all of the attention to details that the staff performed and always remembered my name and my preferences. Being in Aqua class, the food was always delicious - the hot food was served hot and the cold food was served cold. All ingredients were fresh and appealing. I don't usually attend the shows on any ship, but made it a point to hit the comedy shows and enjoyed those. Luigi, the cruise director was very animated and seemed to love his job of getting the guests involved in the activities offered by the ship. I loved, as always, using the Thalassotherapy pool as well as the Turkish Bath and the Aromatherapy steam room, plus the steam room in the women's area. I enjoyed my cabin's drinks and appetizers. I can't say that I was overwhelmed by Costa Maya but did like my visit to Playa Mia in Cozumel.

Cabin Review

Aqua Class

Cabin A1

The cabin was beautifully laid out and I had ample room for storage. The room was a good size to be comfortable.
