The Princess Majestic is a beautiful ship that has amazing stabilisers. What was considered high seas, I personally thought were barely noticeable.
The food was amazing and the service was wonderful except for one restaurant - The Alfreado - The food there was amazing but the service staff were continually rude, abrupt and I do not remember once a smile from them. I had hoped that it was a busy night the first night but on one of the night we were only one of two tables in the restaurant (the last night of cruise). This poor level of service was experienced on 4 different occasions. One occassion it took 1 hour for order to be taken and an hour and half before only half order was delivered. The two members of my group left after this time. On all occasions we were all made to feel very uncomfortable if not for the amazing food we would have not gone back. To this day we have no idea on why they hated us...and yes that it what it felt like every time from the very first time we sat down.
I had a very special birthday dinner in the Bar and Grill and would like to say that we were all made to feel very special and spoilt with the wonderful service and amazing food! I had special request to have a picture of my son (who has passed) and a specific colour balloon on the table. Every detail to the night was caring assured and carried out to a very fine detail.. such a beautiful night.
Comfortable. Beds and pillows amazing. Stateroom attendant amazing! (Austin)
Pretty town, easy to navigate and set up with check points and assistant for cruise travellers
