We chose this cruise for the itinerary and the price. What we have come to realize is that what comes with lower cost is terrible customer service. Basically, when you have an issue that needs to be addressed, they really don’t care. I have to say the cabin stuard and dinning staff were excellent, as well as Bruno, the buffet manager. But to the rest, we felt like we were an inconvenience, including the customer service desk, which is an oxymoron. They even tried to convince us that it’s normal for the toilet not to flush. Maybe she assumed this was our first cruise and wouldn’t know any better. They promised to have someone look into it but never did. So it was basically press the button 5 or 6 times and pray. The food varied from day to day; sometimes ok, other times not really. The itinerary is awesome and Oman is easily the best stop. Make sure to explore here as much as possible. We rented an SUV and stayed ashore overnight and were so glad we did. Do not miss driving up Wadi Arbaeen starting from Dibab.

Dubai

Explored different sites by taxi and Uber.

Abu Dhabi

Awesome time with Ocean Air Tours doing dune bashing and barbecue evening.

Sir Bani Yas Island

Not a lot to do here but the International Karting Circuit was a lot of fun

Bahrain

Muscat

We actually didn’t explore Muscat as much as we did the rest of this beautiful country. This is an overnight stop so it’s possible to rent a car, go for a road trip, and stay ashore overnight.
