I thought the boat was nice and the cruise destinations were good, however the staff and cruise line were very uninformative. There was a change to our first port of call and we were not told at all. Hence missed out on a tour for the Amalfi coast drive not booked through the ship.

Customer service of staff was appalling and the staff did not make us feel like we were welcome. everything was such a struggle. it felt like the staff did not want to be there.

Part of our cruise was overrun (i mean thousands of them all from the same tour company) by non-English speaking people that also made the disembarkation from tendering and exiting the cruise liner chaotic and frankly annoying. More communication and resources for non-English speaking passengers is necessary.

Clean. suited our needs for a family of 4. Once we put the twin beds together.

Port Reviews

Rome (Civitavecchia)

Most shore excursions from the ship are double the price of booking directly with the tour companies.
