Our family, my two sisters, my brother and his wife, took our Mom on this cruise, as she had been begging for several years, slipping cruise brochures in our mail slots for many years! Our Dad passed away from Alzheimers, the previous summer, so we decide to surprise her with the cruise. Our favorite part of the cruise was Nikolai, our server who thankfully we met on the first day!!! He was absolutely incredible, speaking in several different languages to our family as we speak Russian, as well as English and conversing with our Mother, who speaks Spanish also. We felt as if he were part of our family by the end of the cruise! He was super funny, extremely attentive and perfect at his job! We also loved Zoran, Adam, Sorin and Ivaylo, they all went out of their way to make it a perfect experience for all of us!!! It was clearly evident that all of the staff, from the Captain on down to our housekeeper, took pride in all that they did for all of us! Four of us had the smaller rooms and my Mother and older sister had the larger suite, all of which were beautiful and luxurious! The best all around Customer Service and cruising Experience ever!
