Done it before twice and as it fitted in with our plans we decided to do it again.experienced many bad issues whilst onboard, all of them reported to the head of the relevant department but on almost every occasion the issues were not addressed which bothered us greatly to the point were we thought we would leave it until we returned home and then report it to p&o directly but to no avail.

Very poor service throughout and not at all what we expect from this company and further to this we feel that the standards at p&o have dropped dramatically over the 16 years that we have taken cruises for our holidays and so we feel that we will probably revert back to land based holidays or other cruise companies from now on.

P&o always claim to provide holidays where the passengers would get excellent value for money but this has not been our experience unfortunately.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin clean but toilet didn't work on embarkation so it was immediately reported to the cabin steward as was the shower that didn't work so first impressions were very poor.

Also reported it to p&o on our return along with other issues but had no reply so they're so obviously not bothered about our dissatisfaction.
