We chose this cruise since it left from LA...a relatively short drive from San Diego, and allowed other family members from LA ti join us. All in all we had a great time as a family, enjoyed most food options and loved the entertainment. Princess also did a great job helping our 2 elderly family members who needed additional assistance in the boarding/onboarding process. Our room was quite small, though we did enjoy our balcony. Shower was also extremely tight for an average size adult. Not very happy with Princess when it comes to blatant upselling of food items. They no longer served steak and lobster in main dining room, unless you pay additional $29...same as specialty dining option. This was common throughout...always had to decide if we wanted to pay more for certain food items. Prefer all inclusive approach as it used to be. Ports in this trip were not important as we had been to Mexico numerous times and wanted to spend more time on ship.
Cabin was ok, though shower was tiny and not easy to maneuver for a 6 ft., 200 lbs male. We did love our balcony!
Spent a few hours at The Office in Cabo for some food and drinks. Very enjoyable eating on the beach!
Only went to shops right by dock. Not to impassive.
Took nice long walk to Marina Vallarta and then a taxi to Puerto Vallarta Mall to walk around. Sidewalks are not always in good condition so stay focused to avoid tripping.
