Wanted a relaxing, vacation before the Christmas holidays. The Norwegian Bliss offered great entertainment: Mark Klein, Comedy; Beatles Tribute; Jersey Boys: Havana: and always something fun going on in the Atrium area. The Observation Room on Deck 15 was a quiet place to getaway and relax (at least for the first 2 days of the cruise, until it was "discovered"), and the Cruise Director, Silas was always his effervescent self, making everyone he met seem to be the ONLY one on the ship! I've sailed with Silas before on another Norwegian ship and he is 100% wonderful as a Cruise Director.

Benjamin in the "Washy Washy" area made a mundane job seem fun, and a very important protocol memorable with his friendly manner and creative songs!

The entire trip was a pleasure from embarkation to disembarking. Would go again in a minute without hesitation. Norwegian- my cruise line of choice!
