Even with the first night and first day not as planned because of a boat/propeller issue, the cruise was awesome. The crew did an incredible job trying to make us feel special even though we had to start off at a hotel and a bus instead of the river boat.
Once on the longboat, everything was stellar. After several ocean cruises with 3000 guests onboard and being able to get lost in the crowd, we were concerned that we would be conformable with only 190 guests. It was never an issue! Never had to get dressed up for dinner; in fact, wore nice jeans every evening. Even made new friends that we shared most meals with; and made a point to get scheduled on the same bus for the excursions.
The included excursions were great. They were lead by very knowledgable locals, and would have cost on any other cruise line. They also included a lot of walking! Wear comfortable shoes!
Cabin was fine. I was a little warm at night. You have to stand on the chair or bed to see out the window. I mean I did, at 5' 5". Husband didn't, at 6' 5"!
