Food was superb. Crew was very congenial, helpful, and accommodating.Ports of call were as good as they could have been. Local tour guides were passionate about their work/leadership. On board educational services were excellent. Crew personnel went out of their way to be hospitable and friendly. Tour director, Marek, was so wonderful we wanted to take him home with us!! The issues with low water were handled superbly. I didn't;t see them as an inconvenience and I feel that Viking was more than fair in refunding 50% of the cruise cost towards a future cruise. More businesses should be so generous!!! We also felt that two weeks was a good length for a vacation. It often takes at least a week just to unwind and get into 'vacation mode.' WOUld have opted for more time in Amsterdam after discovering how much there was to see and do. Have to go back.
