We chose this ship because we wanted to experience ship this big. But mainly it has been dissapointment. Stateroom was Ok, we had an oceanview balcony.

We ate our breakfast and lunch mainly in Windjammer, and the service was not good, tables were not cleaned very fast. There was enough people doing that but to me it seemed that they did not know what they were supposed to do. Dinner we ate at Amerikan Icon Grill and service varied a lot. For example having coffee were asked 2-3 times but no-one actually brought the coffee.

Worst things in the ship were the constant selling of something and music at the pool area. I hate the selling, selling, selling... even in the dinner table the head waiter came to sell the tour to the kitchen. The promenade was like cheap market place. Then the music at the pool. Why does it have to be so loud that you can’t hear your own thougts let alone concentrate reading a book. I know there are areas that are more quiet but my kids were at the pool too and I wanted to be available to them. People were also holding the pool chairs by placing their bags or huge Coke mugs to the chair next to them as if it would be taken. These were mostly Americans.
