Going thru the process of checking in and boarding in Los Angeles was the easiest and most pleasant of all the cruises that I have taken. I never slowed down from the time I checked my bags until I was having my picture taken for ID as I entered the ship. Food was subpar in dining room. The food in the buffet at times was better. It is too bad that there is very few that dress for formal nights. Trip was on wife’s bucket list. Half of ports were a waste of time. The ship does need a little TLC. A lot of the furniture needs to be upgraded or replaced. The service crew in the buffet was attentive and was eager to serve and was very pleasant the entertainment was mediocre except for the last night comedian he played the piano like he should have been in a concert hall except for the fact that he was a great comedian. He was able to entertwine the two together with great success.
