My sister and I have always wanted to see where our ancestors came from, Sweden and Norway, and what a way to go! Viking was the absolute best choice we could have made for ourselves. We loved our cabin, loved the ship, loved the food - never got bored and wish the trip had lasted at least another week. It really was the trip of a lifetime and I don't know how we'll ever top it. Great service, nice people on board, stunning ship decor, a fantastic spa, no kids running around, no pushing and shoving or long lines. It was EVERYTHING I could have wished for in a cruise. If I HAD to change one thing it would be to add a couple of sea days into the itinerary as I would have liked to have spent more time relaxing on that gorgeous ship. We loved the shore excursions - even the ones that were included at no cost. Wonderful, wonderful, experience and highly recommend to anyone that is even thinking about VIKING. VIKING DOES IT RIGHT!
