Food in main dining room is ridiculous. Prime rib les than a quarter inch in thickness. Last night nothing was edible from tuna, salad and entree. If you have premium alcohol package don’t bother had to buy a botttle. Things have definitely changed from last year. The wine list for premium includes $12 a bottle for those wines. If you don’t ask for premium water you don’t get it. I would not upgrade again so not worth it. Your meet and greet was a joke. Tried to talk to F&B and he said sorry have a meeting. Met with me 3 days later and took cost of wine off my bill. 0n MSC meet and greet, there were cocktails, cake and photo. Celebrity needs to catch up with the program. Not at all impressed even though I am booked in May thinking of cancelling and going on a different cruise line where they truly care. I had a major air conditioning leak which soaked my carpet and my balcony doors sounded like a wind tunnel. The Entertainment was good, especially the magician and female singer.
