We cruise every two years around Christmas break. This was our first 7 day cruise w/our adolescent boys. We chose New Orleans to depart bc we were tired of driving 18 hours to Miami. We were excited to experience a newer NCL ship.

The first two days were chaotic on board. So many people. Things calmed down after day two.

2/4 of us caught a terrible 24 hour stomach bug. They powered through it to enjoy the first few days and the last few days of the cruise.

Cabin Review

Family Inside Stateroom

Cabin I1

The cabin was small but well designed. Everything was good except the pull down beds were over the regular beds. Thankfully, nobody rolled onto me during this cruise, lol.

The shower was nice. No shower curtain- it had an actual door, yay!

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Typical Mexican port w/souvenirs and goods. You can hold parrots for a donation to a wildlife refuge. This is at the shopping center at port.

Harvest Caye

The island is great but you have to pay for everything. You cannot use your beverage package to get drinks at the beach. That was a huge bummer.
