Unfortunately we booked this back in June for new years.
We also had a cruise booked with MSC seaview in Sept. (New ship) That was awful the staff were rude there was no atmosphere we couldn't wait to get off the food was the same every night.
When we got back we tried to cancel our dec new Years cruise on the splendida but we couldn't so we are here.
