Cabin: Inside Stateroom
Plane was over 2 hours later going. Arrival on ship was chaotic. No welcome drink, no pictures taken. Nothing!! Just shoved in the direction of our cabin.
Had to move from cabin L224 to B311 as L224 had a large noise and vibrating all the time.
Very reluctant to move us but after refusing to move away from reception until we go a manager to sort it.
