First ever cruise with Princess, but will also be our last. We have cruised with three other cruise lines previously, never have we been so disappointed. We were thinking perhaps our unpleasant experiences were a ‘one-off’ with Princess but having spoken with several Elite level passengers who had decided ‘enough was enough’ and that they would no longer cruise with Princess due to ongoing cuts and increasing poor service - we quickly realised a pattern had well and truly formed for the cruise line with no signs of improvement on the horizon.
High time this ship went into dry dock. All chairs in the common areas had little to no padding left in them, VERY uncomfortable.
Condescending entertainment crew.

Nice cabin, wonderful attendant with Sahu catering to our every need. Bed was super comfortable though I did feel the pillows were a little heavy for my liking though by companion loved them.
