Sail Date: Dec 2018

We have cruised as a family on 5+ cruises now and this is one of the worst we have been on. Norwegian and Celebrity are MUCH better than Princess for about the same cost. The food, entertainment, ports--everything was better with them. Princess needs to stop cutting corners and amp up their customer service. Cruise staples of soft serve ice cream and pizza were bad. If you like breakfast food, bring your own because they have no idea what good breakfast food is (and as we all know, it's hard to mess up breakfast). The ports were okay, but the tender service in the Grand Caymans was a NIGHTMARE. The tender I was on I waited 15 minutes for, but we were sitting out in rocky waves for an hour while everyone was throwing up. It was a disaster. On the way back the tender line was wrapped around itself with people waiting. All of the other cruise lines in port had minuscule lines compared to ours. While we were waiting, we had the "pleasure" of an extremist evangelical preacher screaming at us all in line. Ironically, he got on our tender as he was a passenger on our ship, yet Princess staff did not diffuse the situation. This was our first and last cruise on Princess.
