Along with several hundred others, I made the mistake of traveling on NCL during the college football bowl season. I should have checked with NCL but just a assumed they would televise the playoffs. NCL then got to sell me the $500 premium streaming internet package that didn’t even work. Of course, no refunds. Beyond this, so many other issues that made this the worst cruise I have taken (out of 7). The food was not good (except specialty dining, which is an extra cost) and everything had lines or was sold out. Excursions, shows, everything needed pre planning or you were out of luck. Also, if your room was in the aft, you needed to walk through the Smokey casino to get to a lot of places or take a long route around. Worst part was nobody cared to help you resolve issues.

In terms of positives, the kids loved the pool water slides and bar service was pretty good given how full the ship was.
