We took this cruise to end a very bad year following the death of my father. We spent the extra money to place our grown girls in their own room. As SOON as we pulled into Jax. we got an email stating that the ports were closed and not to go to the port. The ship should have docked 3 hours earlier and they were just sending this. A large group of families gathered at the pilot down the road to wait until almost 4 hours were we allowed to head to the port.

At this time, EVERYONE was headed to the port no matter their embarkation time which turned into total chaos. Once upon board, no updates on departure and what I think was not a legal muster call by shoving everyone into the lounge and telling people how to put on a life jacket.

Late dinner was suppose to be at 8:15 (we had 5 out of 6 pieces of luggage and no hanging bag) at 8:30 after many request to locate SPECIAL Dresses for the new years was it located. Headed to the dining hall and was there told dinner was pushed to 9:15.
