The ship itself was really great with lots of activities but organization needs improvements. There were many events that got cancelled at the last minute even after staff made people wait for over an hour. And there were events that never took place. Had a very nice experience with the head cabin crew and the dining crew but terrible experience with the staff working at the Cafe Promenade. Especially, the lady working behind the pizza area. There were 2 lines. One for pizza and one for sandwiches. I was one of the first ones in line to get sandwiches but she decides to tell us that she will be serving the pizza line first rather than rotating. After waiting for over 15 min. finally another lady shows up and starts serving the sandwich line. After getting my food, I also wanted some dessert where there was no one serving so I asked the pizza lady kindly if I can get some dessert and she totally ignored me. I don't really make complaints but this was not acceptable. BTW, no one at the Cafe Promenade smiles!!! Enjoyed the dining room food but didn't care much for the variety of the Windjammer buffet food. Saw 4 different shows. Enjoyed ice skating, comedy, and Whitney Houston tribute was great. On our previous cruises, every staff smiled and were kind.

Not just the ones that are assigned to the specifics which I found it to be on this cruise.

Will try RC one more time. Overall, great ship with lot's of fun activities but service is what counts for our family of six.

Cabin Review

Promenade View Interior

The cabin was a little tighter that the previously ones we were before but served it's purpose well. Liked the Promenade view better than the ocean views we previously were on.
