The itinerary was so interesting. We especially enjoyed having the opportunity to visit Algiers. We had been on several Viking river cruises and wanted to try an ocean trip. Our cabin was perfection, very spacious and tastefully decorated. The laundry service got me totally spoiled. The bathroom was amazing. Heated towel bars!! Double sinks!! Instant hot water! The entire ship was beautifully designed and decorated. The dining options were varied and pleasant. The food was exceptional. The entire staff was gracious and extremely helpful. The staff was never intrusive, but always available. The ship was so serene and comfortable, we couldn’t wait to get from our always interesting and well run tours. We especially enjoyed the informative Port Talks in the ship theatre on the evening before our tours. There was absolute nothing to be disappointed in for this cruise. Viking is top notch in all categories in my opinion.
