We chose this cruise because it suited the dates we wanted to be away.
The Good: The ship and cabin were nice and clean. The Staff in general work so hard!! They have so much energy!! We really appreciate their enthusiasm! We enjoyed the shows and had great time at the Mirabilis bar. New Year's Eve was a blast!
The Bad: Food was very plain, every day at the lunch buffet, they offered the same thing, over and over. The meat, chicken, and pork were dry and lacked of flavor. In the restaurant, the menu contained choices that really didn't jump on your eye. Nothing interesting or tasty. We didn't get the chance to pick our time for dinner when booking the cruise. We requested it to be changed and never heard back.

Grand Turk
We booked an excursion to go on a Catamaran, but it was cancelled because of the wind. So we stayed right there at the beach by the ship. No alternatives were offered.
Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)
Original snorkeling excursion was cancelled because of the wind. We ended taking a "power snorkeling" excursion which was "okay." Ride by open bus was long and rough, and bote didn't have enough "power equipment" for all the guests. But staff was very nice and friendly.
