We wanted a new years cruise but had to be back by January 17th so this cruise fit perfectly. We also wanted to avoid the heat of the islands at this time of year. We embarked quickly, staff were always friendly and the food and entertainment (especially the on-board dancers and singers) were fabulous. Our cabin was always clean and well maintained as you would expect from a new ship. The ports of call were what we expected and disembarkation and tenders were smoothly run. We finished our cruise with a ship organised fishing trip and it was the highlight of the holiday. It was professionally run, the boats were not crowded, the skippers friendly and they went out of their way to make sure everyone caught something! I would totally recommend this experience. Princess made sure that the cruise was safe and the adult only pool area made sure we could escape too many children if we needed to. A wonderful experience all round.
