We chose this cruise because we want to see the new locks, and also for the sail date. This was our ninth cruise with Princess. Princess has always delivered first rate service. This was our first cruise using Princess new Ocean Medallion service. The Medallion really enhanced our cruise experience started with check-in. We were on board the ship with in five minuets of arriving at the port. The new internet service was supper fast and a pleasure to use.

The staff in the dinning ventures and on board shops were helpful and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

We did feel the Dome car railroad car excursion in Panama was was a big disappointment and very over priced for what we got. The long bus ride to get to the train was terrible and the Dome car it's self cramped and uncomfortable. The box snack was offered at the end of the tour when we are on our way back to the ship.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

Cabin was showing some signs of age; however, the cabin was always clean and maintained. The balcony was great with two lounge chairs and a table. The large screen TV was a very nice feature. What really made the accommodations extra special was the service provided by our cabin steward.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

The new Ocean Medallion made embarkation so easy and fast

Falmouth

Friendly staff, the river very shallow in areas and did not move as fast as expected .

Cartagena (Colombia)

Got a great view of the city and length was just right

Colon (Cristobal)

Very over priced, and not worth it. Bus ride too long with two uninterested stops and the Dome car was very uncomfortable.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Port was crowed due to 5 ships being in port at the same time
