Same food...same entertainment (or lack thereof)..screaming infants and children every night in the dining room...dodging strollers and numerous other types of mobile transportation in the hallways, the elevators and the dining rooms. Absolutely no enforcement of the stated dress code...Captains party now "casual"...flip flips, shorts and baseball caps are the norm. The " nickel and diming" of guests is simply embarrassing. There is an obvious downward free fall spiral of most everything...food, entertainment, activities and most importantly...SERVICE!
As a shareholder...I am appalled as well as embarrassed and need to rethink my loyalty. Definitely not feeling like a valued guest...at all!
We cruise approximately 6 times per year, we are currently in the middle of 21 days. We will be home 6 weeks and gone again for 30 more. We will take a four month break and again be gone for 30 days, followed by a two month break and 25 more days at sea. Following the completion of these cruises, we will be resuming our travels with a cruise line that provides the highest level of service possible. If more folks expressed their dissatisfaction and disappointment by realigning their dollars, perhaps Princess would rethink some of their decisions.
