After over a decade of cruising, we decided to try MSC Divina. Very disorganized crew. Late embarkation and disembarktion with no explanation. Lines for linking credit card to sea pass on ship. Only one customer service desk open. Bar service slow, rude staff, unless of course you are willing to tip an additional few dollars above the 15% already charged per drink. Those customers were catered to. Poor food selection, slow service from wait staff. Horrible problem with pushing and shoving of guests on this cruise, mostly from Europeans which was the overall consensus from most US and even some UK guests. Eataly steak house has no atmosphere and is nothing more than a pizza parlor with plastic chairs. Dining staff difficult to deal with to change dining time. Required multiple requests and standing in lines. MSC crushed a hard side suitcase with no responsibility taken by staff. Will not sail MSC again.
Very small balcony cabin with no chair or sofa. Poor view, although promised by MSC that we would not look at life boat. View was of a life boat....
