We, my family and friends, chose this cruise as a way to visit new islands in the Caribbean. We have traveled as a group on previous cruises and actually this was our third cruise on the Crown Princess.
Embarkation and disembarkation were the most pleasant parts of this cruise.
The ship is in great need of some cleaning, new carpets are way over due for the cabins. The air conditioner in our cabins was deficient.

Cabin carpets were very dirty and need to be replaced. There needs to be an option to have a more comfortable bed, too soft. Cabin Steward Henrique was wonderful. Courteous, friendly and a great person
