We cruised in a Palace Suite as the All Inclusive offer appealed to us and the cruise fare was not much more than a balcony cabin.
The Palace is a private ship within a ship concept, complete with Butler service, drinks included, Palace speciality restaurant, free wifi and a chance to dine once at the other speciality restaurants on board
We pretty much tried everything on board and loved the private Palace pool area which has a huge amount of loungers, mini cabanas etc all of which are hardly used so make for a nice peaceful sanctuary. There are 4 spa pools, two hot and two cold also in this area and there is no shortage of service around the pool area with drinks replenished on a regular basis.
The Butler service was top notch, the Palace suites are huge and come complete with stocked mini bar, Nespresso machine, selection of teas and snacks.
Very spacious suites with a king size sofa bed and a curtain to divide this area off if you are travelling with children.
The double size balcony is a great feature as also gives you plenty of private outdoor space
The changing room and bathroom are huge with full bath, huge shower and double vanity
Super easy embarkation, bags taken at curb side. Palace Suite VIP check in Lounge is on the left side. Butler takes care of all the formalities while you relax in the lounge with complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks plus snacks, the Butler guides you through VIP lane and on to immigration passport machines. Once through these you are up the gangway on to the ship. Much easier than any airport
