We live in Los Angeles and wanted a Cruise we could drive too.

Left our house in Encino and was on the ship one hour later. The service on the ship was a 10. All staff was very helpful and smiled. The ship was clean and crew always making it look spotless.

The food in the Horizon was much better than the reviews we read previously. Enjoyed it for breakfast and late snacks. If I have to criticize anything it would be the lines to get a Hamburger at the pool during lunchtime. They could have used one more person. I still ate there every lunch. The burgers were the thickest I've ever had the pleasure of biting into on any ship I have been on. We would never have known this ship was over 10 years old.
