My wife and I took this cruise to see some ports we have not visited yet. We sailed on Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday night I was coming down with a cold. My wife had it by Wednesday morning. I would expect that both of us getting it at the same time would mean that we contracted it from the stateroom. The one place we touched everything together. So my feeling is that the staterooms are not disinfected very well between cruises. By the end of the cruise many people we spoke to had the cold or knew someone that had it, as well as the crew. The food at the buffet was okay, not much of a daily selection. We ate at some of the specialty restaurants including La Bistro-very good experience. Next, Moderno, which we ate at twice because it was so good the first time. Unfortunately the second time I waited at least 15 minutes for one of the selections I wanted and then it was cold. This is a Brazilian type restaurant where you keep your green card up on the table and the selections are brought around until you turn your card to red. Quite disappointed this one selection I wanted, filet, I only saw the second time after about 30 to 40 minutes and then it was cold. We were going to eat there a third time but decided the Japanese Hibachi would be a better choice. Food, quite good but had to ask twice for clean plates as well as my wife once, as well as a neighbor complaint. Plates were grease! Lack of soap or hot water. Our final selection was the Cirque of Dreams was excellent!!! Well worth it! Request seating on he balcony though, you will see best! Other complaints are the only milk for my cereal in the morning was whole milk! Whole milk it for babies, not adults. I did find skim milk out on the back deck after day 8 but I doubt it was truly skim milk, didn't look or taste like skim. Shows were quite good but if you weren't in the Epic theater there was not much room in any other places to see shows, too small for 4000 people! Another problem was in Grand Caymen we had to use a tender to get to shore because of sea conditions. We had to use tenders to get to shore and it seemed no one knew what they were doing getting people to shore. It was almost 1 1/2 hours after we boarded the tender before we got to shore! We waited in queue to dock! There you go....

Ocho Rios

It as a good excursion but if I had to it over again I would get a taxi there and hire a personal guide. Out tour seemed rushed.
