Great size ship. Not too big. Norwegian Ships always provides first class service, amenities, food and entertainment. The ports of call were varied and safe. The excursions were awesome. Couldn’t beat the weather. The registration and de-barking process was swift and efficient. The speciality restaurants were as fine as the best in any City. The waiters are extremely well trained and attentive to one’s every need. Our cabin steward was new;; however, he went out of his way to perform his responsibilities very well. The hostesses, and bar personnel learned your favourites quickly and by the third day knew what you wanted before you placed an order. The ship was spotless and employees were present everywhere cleaning and putting final touches on the ships interior. The constant attention to the hygiene of everyone on board is remarkable. The washy washy, happy happy, theme made the process fun and effortless. We have cruised on other lines; however, we now patronize Norwegian due to the consistent delivery of all of the above.
