We chose this cruise as it was reasonably priced to book. We took 7 other younger couples, many of whom were 1st time cruisers.

The positives...most of the working staff are positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service minded. The cabins were comfortable. The excursions were easy to book. Excursions taken by our group were very positive. Boarding and departure were simple. The food was plentiful and most of it...tasty. The onboard entertainment was good. The gimmicky raffles were fun even though they clearly existed to encourage you to spend more money.

The negatives...most in our group purchased the premium internet package prior to boarding. It was useless. Everyone we spoke with said the same. And...forget about getting a refund. Customer service would NOT refund internet packages despite its clearly being an unacceptable service level. Read more
