For starters, all of the negative complaints on here are more than likely from people who have nothing else better to do with their time but complain. The ship is out in the ocean 365 days a year, it will have rust. There will be wear and tear on the furniture in the rooms. Stop being so nit-picky and just enjoy yourselves!

Our only complaint from this cruise was the fact that the "adults only" was not enforced in the Solarium. I understand they opened the pools up on the first day for children because of the cold weather, but there were still families with small children in there the rest of the week. They weren't using the pools, they were getting food from the cafe - which again, I understand it may have been the only food available at some points, but they should have been asked to go back out on the deck to eat it. Instead of the peace and quiet that we went into the Solarium for, we had crying and screaming children - some of which were running around. It was rather upsetting that this was allowed, as it was advertised as ADULTS ONLY. We were on our Honeymoon and left my 11 year old at home for a reason - not to have to deal with other people's kids, because most of them didn't care and just let their kids do what they wanted to do and didn't even attempt to keep them quiet.

The only other "issue" was the confusion on dining in the main dining room. I didn't sign up for My Time dining, in fact our papers said our dining time was 6:00. However, when we got on board, we found out we had My Time dining. While it is convenient, I loved the cruises I have been on in the past where you get to know your serving team and they get to know you - we didn't have that this time.
