This was our 3rd time with msc and have never been impressed with them, but chose this cruise for the itinerary It is a very nice ship but the organisation is abismal, lack of communication, public areas not very clean, toilets often dirty and no toilet paper.Poor choice of food, small portions and overall not very good.

If you are using the public toilets make sure you there is toilet paper in there! !

The cabin was small but OK, the cabin steward was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, he was very polite. He kept the cabin spotlessly clean. Embarkation was chaotic and that is putting it mildly.Queues in the reception .We area were always long and slow moving. We were very lucky to have an excellent waiter in the the restaurant but not everyone was so lucky.There is an obvious lack of training in the staff. If all staff were adequately trained it would make a big difference. Read more
