This was a last minute booking with an amazing deal for a balcony room. We went in with no expectations coming in and left totally blown away with what a great time we had. Overall cleanliness on the boat was impressive in all the common areas. It didn't take more than a few minutes for an un-attended cup or plate to be scooped and cleaned away by service staff.

Food was delicious with the exception of the Pizza Pirate. It nice to have that available 24 hours but we only needed to try it once and we were happy to fill up on all the other great options on the boat. Guy's burger joint was delicious as was the blue iquana tacos and burritos. The main dining was room was a great highlight with menus that changes and they always highlighted food influences by the port of call. Don't forget that you can always order more than one appetizer/entree/dessert! Our waiter during our entire cruise was Retno. She was very pleasant and new our name from the first evening and never forgot until we left. Even on open seating night and breakfast, she came by just to say hello and ensure that we were well taken care of. Desserts were always a highlight at every dinner.

Entertainment on the boat was good. There was always a good selection of live music to be heard. Travis was a one man acoustic guitar player that was especially good. So were the multiple evenings of Karaoke!!! We definitely sailed with a talented bunch of passengers!

Cabin 8A

This is an updated cabin with plenty of storage space. It is located above the Red and Black Lounge. Out of our 4 nights on the ship, there was only ONE night where the music lasted until 11:30pm. You do hear the music however it wasn't too bothersome especially because there was no intention of sleeping that early. All other evenings, the lounge was not in use in the late evening and it was very quiet. It was also conveniently located near the stairwell/elevators and and fortunately it wasn't too loud given the foot traffic was isolated to only the dozen or so cabins near us and we were not near the main atrium. It was also very easy to get to the aft lounges and pacific dining room from where we were. Room/balcony/bathroom were VERY clean when we arrived and cleaning staff ensured that turnaround was quick. We left for a quick breakfast one morning and surprised to find out room made when we returned. Thanks to HARY who was our room attendant! Spacious room and quiet with the exception of one evening.

Port Reviews

Key West

The area was nice however most of the shops were closed when we arrived at 7:30am. Make sure to visit the "most southern point" marker early before its gets busy then enjoy the shops and stores once they open on the walk back.
