food was incredible and Haven staff attentive and personable
Cruise Director Nelson Martins and Vina Alvarano were terrific, attentive and professional!!!.
Their caring and assistance made this trip very special. It had been 25 years since we sailed. I am now looking at booking another cruise out of San Juan on the Epic in 2020.

beach lounge chairs were very very poor. My wife described them as broken fiberglass slides. very unconformable. Staff was pleasant and nice. However they treated us as children lining up side by side and walking in a line back to tender.
